This project is an outstanding example of a mixed development of a large educational building and residential apartments located in Fulham. The project utilised a balance of natural daylight along with, hybrid, natural and passive ventilation. The school building incorporated four floors f teaching facilities and a basement housing the main mechanical and sprinkler plantroom, sports hall, theatre, studio and changing facilities. On top of the school, roof plant (including ASHPs and PV) was installed and an additional three floors of apartments.
