The NE03 Wembley development is a landmark residential project located in the heart of the Wembley regeneration area. This project formed part of an ambitious 10 million square foot mixed-use masterplan, designed to transform the local community with a blend of residential, commercial, and amenity spaces.

Halsion delivered the mechanical, electrical and public health installations across 282 apartments along with centralised plant rooms, amenity spaces, commercial spaces and ensuring the complete integration of all systems into the site-wide development

In a bid to push the boundaries in energy efficiency, Halsion fitted out the welfare facilities provided by Sisk to aid with their welfare carbon reduction, contributing towards achieving net zero.
